Distinguished Alumni Awards Nomination
Through its Distinguished Alumni Awards program, Carroll University annually recognizes its most notable alumni to acknowledge their commitments to their communities, professions and Carroll. Award recipients should have graduated at least 15 years prior to their nomination.
The nomination will be active for two (2) years, after which it will expire. Resubmission is possible after this timeframe. It is our process that you (the nominator) submit all nomination and application materials pertinent to the nominee. In addition to the nomination form below, please submit additional materials such as: résumé, LinkedIn profile, letter of recommendation, or any news articles, websites or other pertinent information regarding the candidate. All nominations and accompanying research are kept in the strictest confidence.
The Disinguished Alumni Awards fall into four categories.
Pioneer Service Award
To honor an individual who has distinguished themself through various levels of leadership, volunteerism and service to Carroll University.
Nominate Your Candidate
Distinguished Alumnus/na Award for Community Service
To honor an individual who has performed exemplary volunteerism and leadership in serving their community.
Nominate Your Candidate
Distinguished Alumnus/na Award for Professional Achievement
To honor an individual who has achieved high standards of success in their profession. This award is broken out into 4 categories:
1. College of Arts and Sciences
2. College of Health Sciences
3. School of Education and Human Services
4. The Sullivan School of Business and Technology
