Carroll University is set to launch an innovative Ph.D. program in Leadership and Organizational Development, designed to equip visionary leaders and change agents for the challenges of today’s complex organizational environments. Scheduled to begin in Fall 2024, the program promises to foster leadership that is grounded in respect, compassion, and resilience.
While currently awaiting final accreditation, the program is committed to upholding the highest standards of scholarship, research, and practice. Tailored for professionals in business, education, government, and non-profit sectors, the Ph.D. in Leadership and Organizational Development aims to deliver a sophisticated understanding of leadership dynamics, organizational behavior, and strategic skills essential for modern workplaces.
A distinctive feature of the program is the opportunity for students working in K-12 educational systems to take an additional three courses, leading to licensure as a District Administrator or Superintendent in Wisconsin. This specialization is approved by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction and enables candidates to transition into leadership roles within the educational sector.
